He/she will have worked for VHA, NIH, DOD, CMS, DHHS, or with Military Health Systems (MHS). The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker and must have exceptional leadership, communication, and consulting skills. Detailed Description The Senior Manager will be responsible for managing multiple contract operations within the Healthcare Sector, ensuring quality standards and work performance on all contracts and projects. Plan, organize and oversee work efforts, assign resources, manage personnel, provide risk management, ensure quality management and monitor overall project and contract performance. Provide senior level oversight to highly complex, multi-disciplinary engagements and contributes insight and assistance in growing other lines of business. Essential Duties and Responsibilities-Drive sales to achieve annual revenue goals across multiple projects valued up to $4,000,000 annually-Develop and share leading programs to enhance offerings and delivery capabilities and lead the development or enhancement of service offerings-Provide exemplary leadership as the lead engagement executive, responsible for overall engagement quality and relationship management at the most senior client levels.-Establish and maintain relationships at the senior level within target agencies and client organizations-Identify and manage resources to successfully execute projects-Provide oversight and management to overall contract operations often involving multiple projects/tasks and groups of personnel at multiple locations-Responsible for ensuring senior level management within the client organization is aware of overall program status, including all relevant projects and their potential impact on higher level organizational strategic vision, this may include subject matter and unique technical knowledge-Consistently meet targets for engagement resource utilization and timeline-Lead, mentor and develop Managers/Project Managers and other staff-Work closely with T&H Executive team to drive improvements related to cost saving initiatives and work process efficiencies-Sell consulting services & solutions within assigned Segments and other Segments-Demonstrate highly advanced knowledge in project management principles, techniques, and knowledge-Provide high level strategic consulting to clients-Consistently transform technical knowledge into strategic business initiatives In-depth technical and administrative understanding of the following is required- MDP- MS Office- Visio or Telelogic Relevant Experience-10-12+ years senior management consulting experience in a government consulting environment-Significant experience selling consulting services & solutions at senior levels;-Commercial experience is a plus-Master's degree required-PMP certification preferredMore About the Position Internal Job ID - Health Sector Lead50 Hours per Week (click to respond)Listing originally posted at http
